Weekly CPU Prices - Week of July 15, 2002: Now that DDR prices are on the rise, many are looking for lower CPU prices to lessen the load of buying a new PC. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the week for any good news, as overall price levels remain locked in time and space.
