(Press Release) Matrox Graphics will showcase the Matrox Parhelia, a Surround Design accelerated OpenGL product, at SIGGRAPH 2002. The new Matrox Parhelia 128MB graphics accelerator will be on display at SIGGRAPH 2002 running applications such as 3D Studio Max, by Discreet and AutoCAD, by AutoDesk. Parhelia's unique features such as Surround Design, the industry's only triple display accelerated OpenGL output, and 10-bit GigaColor Technology, providing the simultaneous display of over one billion colors with full gamma correction, make Parhelia an attractive solution for professional workstation users at only US $399 ESP. Matrox will also be showing a beta version of the Parhelia Linux drivers supporting 2D desktops across three displays.
