    (Reuters) Shares in Nvidia Inc. jumped more than 7 percent on Friday, extending a month-long rally, after brokerage UBS Warburg upgraded the stock to "buy" from "reduce. Nvidia shares have risen more than 25 percent this week and have almost doubled in price this month. The shares have been climbing since early May, when the company said it expected revenue to grow as much as 18 percent in the current quarter from the previous quarter.
