Pushing density up and latencies down, OCZ Technology has introduced what it calls the world's first 4GB PC2-6400 SLI-ready DDR-2 memory kits. Optimized for the latest-generation nForce desktop platforms, the paired 2GB modules are equipped with Nvidia Enhanced Performance Profiles (EPP) for easy overclocking on nForce SLI-based motherboards.

Programmed to boot at 800MHz with timings of 5-4-4, the Nvidia-certified DIMMs offer SPD (Serial Presence Detect) settings to allow compatible-BIOS-equipped motherboards to deliver significant overclocked performance with no manual adjustment needed. OCZ has not announced the 4GB kits' price.
